Designed, installed, kept lit all season, taken down, and stored — from $600. We've been hanging lights on University Park rooflines since 2013.
University Park calls us for professional Christmas light installation the same way the rest of DFW has since 2013. We're family-owned, and design, installation, all-season maintenance, January takedown, and storage are part of each install.
We use commercial-grade C9 LED custom-cut to your roofline, with clean corner returns and evenly spaced runs. University Park homes are mostly traditional and colonial-style, built close together on narrow, tree-lined lots near SMU, with a lot of architectural symmetry from house to house — a crooked run or a mismatched color temperature stands out fast here, so we measure every run before we cut it.
The number you book against is exact — pricing starts at $600, quoted before you commit — and you can own your lights or lease them from us. University Park is in our East zone, which opens early each fall right after the West zone; crew days fill fast on the narrow lots near SMU, so book by early October.
We install throughout the streets around SMU, Volk Estates, the Snider Plaza area, the Germany Park area and Preston Center. ZIP 75205.

Yes — it's the whole job on a University Park colonial. We measure before we cut, so returns land at the same point on every dormer and the color temperature matches from one end of the roofline to the other.
From $600 for a typical front roofline. Larger colonials with dormers, porticoes, or wraparound porches are priced by measured footage, quoted exactly before any commitment.
Routinely. We schedule installs around game days and campus events near SMU, and our crews are used to the tighter parking and access that comes with University Park's narrow, closely built streets.
Yes — January takedown, labeling, and storage are included on every University Park install, so the display comes back looking identical the following year.
