The Christmas Light Pros SMS program sends text messages to customers who have requested or scheduled our holiday lighting services. Messages are operational only and include appointment scheduling and confirmations, installation and removal status updates, crew arrival notices, questions needed to complete your job (such as gate or access codes), quotes, and invoices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website quote form or service request form. The box is unchecked by default and is optional — consent is not required to submit the form and is not a condition of purchase. You may also ask us by phone to text you about your job.
Message frequency varies based on your project activity — typically 2–10 messages per season.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and send no further messages. You can re-join by replying START.
