Buy the custom-cut set once — it's yours. Higher first season, cheaper every season after; we still install, maintain, take down, and store it. Best if you plan to light the same home for years.

Lease everything

We own the hardware; you get the display. Even cost every year, and replacement hardware is always included — you'll never own a tangled bin of lights. Best for flexibility and zero commitments.

Common pricing questions

Why do professional Christmas lights cost more than DIY?

You're not buying strings of lights — you're buying commercial-grade C9 LED custom-cut to your roofline, insured crews on your roof instead of you, automatic timers, repairs all season at no charge, January takedown, and storage. Most customers decide it's worth it the first time a storm knocks a strand loose and someone else fixes it.

What makes the price go up?

Measured footage and complexity: total roofline length, height and pitch, number and size of trees, garland runs, and ground lighting. Every element is itemized in your quote so you can add or trim before deciding.

Is the quote really exact?

Yes — the number you approve is the number you pay. We quote from your actual roofline, not a teaser rate, and there are no fuel, service-call, or takedown fees added later.

Do returning customers pay less?

If you own your display, later seasons cost less than the first because the hardware investment is already made. Returning customers also keep their install week with priority scheduling.

Own or lease — which is cheaper?

Owning costs more in year one (you're buying the custom-cut display) and less after; leasing spreads cost evenly and includes replacement hardware forever. The wizard walks you through both numbers.
