Christmas Light Pros, LLC ("we," "us") provides professional holiday lighting installation services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you request a quote, book service, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, service address, and project details (including photos you upload).
We use your information to respond to quote requests, schedule and perform installation, maintenance, and removal services, send invoices and receive payments, and communicate with you about your project — including by phone, email, and text message (SMS).
If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages about your quotes, appointment scheduling, installation and service updates, and questions needed to complete your job. These messages are operational only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: no mobile information, SMS consent, or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will be shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
