We're family-owned, we've worked DFW since 2013, and professional Christmas light installation in Roanoke is regular work for us. Design, installation, all-season maintenance, January takedown, and storage all come standard.

We use commercial-grade C9 LED custom-cut to your roofline, whether the house is a hundred-year-old building near Oak Street or a new build off US-377. Roanoke is one of the fastest-growing small cities in the metroplex, so a lot of what we light is brand-new construction with big rooflines, tall entries, and young trees — we measure the actual roofline before cutting anything, so it fits the house as it is today.

Booking works the same in Roanoke as the rest of our West zone — first zone we schedule each fall, with mid-October the cutoff for a pre-Thanksgiving install. Displays start at $600, quoted exactly before you book, with the option to own your lights or lease them from us.

Questions

Roanoke homeowners ask us

Do you light homes near historic Oak Street?

Yes, and it's some of our favorite work — older Roanoke homes near downtown call for a classic warm-white C9 look that fits right in with Oak Street's character rather than competing with it.

Our house is a brand-new build — is that harder to light?

New construction is easy to light well and easy to light poorly. We measure the actual roofline before cutting anything, wrap young trees with trunk and canopy minis suited to their current size, and the design grows as your landscaping does.

What does installation cost in Roanoke?

From $600 for a typical front roofline. Larger new-construction homes with wraparound eaves or multiple stories are priced by measured footage, quoted exactly before you commit to anything.

When should Roanoke homeowners book?

Roanoke is in our fast-filling West zone. Because so many streets here are new, several neighbors often book the same week once one display goes up — call early, ideally by October, to get your first choice of dates.
