Designed, installed, kept lit all season, taken down, and stored — from $600. We've been hanging lights on Allen rooflines since 2013.
We schedule Allen every season and have since 2013. As a family-owned company, we handle professional Christmas light installation start to finish — design, installation, all-season maintenance, January takedown, and storage are all included.
We use commercial-grade C9 LED custom-cut to your roofline, with cords hidden and runs terminating exactly at the corner instead of stopping short. Allen homes range from golf-course lots in Twin Creeks to newer construction in StarCreek to the walkable blocks around Watters Creek — mostly brick-and-stone two-stories, covered porches, and corner lots that face two streets, so we often cut and hang both street-facing rooflines.
Allen belongs to our North zone, which opens right after the West zone each fall; booking by late October holds an early-December install. Displays start at $600, and before you book you get an exact quote plus a choice: own your lights or lease them from us.
We work throughout Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, Twin Creeks, StarCreek, Bethany Lakes and the streets around Eagle Stadium. ZIP 75002, 75013.
The clean, unbroken line of light that makes people slow down. Commercial-grade C9, cut to fit your roof exactly — no gaps, no sag, no visible cords.
Learn more →Wrapped trunks, glowing canopies, and a lit path to the door. The roofline draws the eye — the yard is what makes it feel like Christmas.
Learn more →Lit garland on the entry, wreaths sized to the architecture — the details your guests see up close, done as carefully as the roofline.
Learn more →Storefronts, patios, offices, and HOA entries that pull people in. Installed after hours, serviced on priority — a dark display costs a business more.

More on timing: the best time to book Christmas lights in DFW.

Two minutes of questions, one exact quote, and your install date on the calendar. A real person replies within one business day.
From $600 for a typical front roofline. Corner lots in StarCreek and Twin Creeks with double-frontage rooflines price by measured footage — you get the exact number before you commit to anything.
Commercial-grade custom-cut C9 in warm white or color reads clean from the street and holds up all season — a different product entirely from retail string lights.
Allen is in our North zone, which opens right after the West-side weeks. Late October booking holds an early-December install date, and earlier gets you on before Thanksgiving.
Routinely. Standard HOA timing on install and takedown is normal for us, and neighbors on the same street often book the same crew day together — everyone saves, and the block looks coordinated.
